Like most sales positions, you will earn a commission off of every sale. Unlike most sales positions, we don't limit how much you can make. The more you sell, the more you earn. No caps. No limits. At Eliot, you're in control of your income.
On top of commissions, you'll also earn a percentage of the processing fees we charge your clients for as long as that merchant processes with Eliot. This builds a sizeable monthly base pay over time. With residual earnings, your sales continue to payoff long after you've closed the deal.

Eliot offers three under Healthsmart (DFW only) and PHCS/Multiplan networks. Each plan offers in-network and out-of-network coverage for employees and their dependents in addition to pharmacy benefits.
A Passive PPO plan provided through MetLife. The plan pays a percentage of the total amount of services rendered, including child orthodontia, based on a tiered schedule of benefits. A plan individual deductible of $50 may apply to certain services.
Vision benefits are offered through Superior Vision. This network plan offers coverage for eye exams and your choice of glasses or contacts. In addition to your basic benefit, discounts are available on supplementary vision supplies and refractive eye surgery.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Eliot employees enjoy tax savings through the use of the health and dependent care reimbursement accounts. For added convenience, a debit card may be requested on both accounts allowing fast and simple recovery of deferred dollars.
LIFE & DISABILITY
All eligible employees are provided a term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance completely free of charge. In addition, employees also have the option to add voluntary life insurance and disability benefits.
All eligible employees may enroll quarterly in Eliot's 401(k) Plan. EMG matches 50% on up to 6% of employee salary deferrals. Vesting is determined on a gradual schedule based on tenure.
