It has been an extraordinary few weeks as the world faces historic challenges with the growing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. In spite of this stress and uncertainty we at Eliot are committed more than ever to be a constant, reliable and trustworthy provider of merchant services for our merchant customers and partners.
My message today is simple: Eliot is open for business. We have already adapted to a work at home model for the vast majority of Eliot associates. Our employees who remain in the office are adhering to the recommended social distancing guidelines. Our top priorities are protecting the health, safety, and well-being of our workforce, while maintaining the operational excellence that you count on Eliot to provide.
The Eliot team is in close contact with the card networks, payment hardware manufacturers and others in our industry as we prepare for the weeks and months to come. We will also continue to monitor updates from health and government officials, updating our plans and procedures as needed.
